Yes, you remain responsible for setting up and managing your recruitment campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager. Recruit Social only takes care of the technical integration: lead forms are automatically sent to your ATS.
On average, 1 week from kickoff to go-live. We do need access to your Facebook Business Manager / TikTok Ads account and your ATS API. TikTok integrations may take an additional week for their validation process.
All candidate data is sent directly to your ATS and stored there according to your privacy policy. Recruit Social acts as a data processor - we do not permanently store candidate data. Fully GDPR/AVG compliant.
Yes, we can set up filters based on answers to screening questions in your lead forms. For example: only candidates with at least 2 years of experience, or only candidates in a specific region. This prevents irrelevant leads from cluttering your ATS. However, this does require some custom integration work post-calculation.
