When modifying: Changes in job title, salary, location, job description, or other fields are automatically synchronized to all platforms where the vacancy is posted.

When closing: When you set a vacancy to "closed" or "filled" in your ATS, it automatically disappears from all job boards. This prevents candidates from applying to vacancies that have already been filled.

Synchronization timing: For most job boards, changes are processed within 2 hours. This happens through automated processes without you having to do anything. No more manual updates needed on multiple platforms.

Per job board setup: We configure each job board connection specifically for your organization. You indicate which platforms you want to work with (e.g., Indeed, Nationale Vacaturebank, Technicus.nl) and we handle the technical integration.

Optional filtering: We can set up filters based on values from your ATS. For example: only IT vacancies to ICTerGezocht, or only vacancies above a certain salary to a specific platform. This way, the right vacancies automatically go to the right job board.

Field mapping by Nubos: We ensure the correct field mapping between your ATS and each job board. Job titles, locations, salary indications, and other fields are linked by us so that all information is displayed correctly.

Budget management: You manage budgets and campaign settings directly on the job board (such as Indeed Campaign Manager). We are the data processor that ensures your vacancy data is correctly transmitted.
