Yes, absolutely. We specialize in connecting ATS systems with a wide range of external platforms. Our Recruit Connect solution integrates with 20+ job boards including Indeed, Nationale Vacaturebank, Meta Lead Forms, and specialized platforms. Besides job boards, our Recruit Flows product enables connections with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, communication platforms, and other business applications. Do you have specific tools you want to connect? We can also build custom integrations. We support 15+ ATS systems and continuously expand our integration network.

How does an implementation process at Nubos work and how quickly can we go live?

The implementation time varies per product and complexity. Recruit Connect typically goes live within 1 week: kickoff call (30 min), technical setup (1-2 days), testing (2-3 days), and go-live. Note: Indeed integrations require an additional week for their validation process. Recruit Flows has a setup time of 2 weeks to properly configure your workflows. Recruit Website can be ready within a day if you manage the content yourself via the CMS, or it takes about 4 weeks when we handle the full setup including content creation. We keep you informed at every step and ensure a smooth, well-planned implementation.
