The brand DStrezzed is known for its stylish, high-quality, and comfortable men's clothing with beautiful stores and a webshop. They have been a client of ours for some time, and we recently asked them a few questions about our collaboration and what it has delivered for them so far:
DStrezzed: “Our collaboration actually started when we wanted to start with Zalando. The package we were using at the time did not yet support printing documents in the correct format and did not meet Zalando's requirements. That's why we engaged Nubos as an interim solution to develop this for us with Itsperfect.”
Nubos: Through our custom middleware, we seamlessly connected the links between DStrezzed's webshop and the programs Itsperfect and Shopify, allowing them to 'speak' each other's 'language'.
We have specifically tailored every functionality to the needs of DStrezzed. As a result, they now experience a smooth workflow that not only increases their efficiency, minimizes manual work, and is much less error-prone but also meets the requirements of external parties. If you want to grow as a company and work with large parties like Zalando, this is of course essential!
It's important to mention that our connection with Returnista has brought about a significant change. Previously, returns were handled manually, which took a lot of time and effort. Thanks to the integration with Returnista, returns are now automatically created in the portal. This has not only streamlined the process but also reduced error-proneness. Moreover, it provides valuable insights into the reasons for returns, allowing us to better respond to our customers' needs.

DStrezzed: “Then we really wanted to collaborate with Returnista. We then discovered that all information from Returnista also had to be integrated into Itsperfect, but there was no integration between these two programs, and there were no plans from either Itsperfect or Returnista to build that integration in the short term. So we engaged Nubos again to build that connection for us. Eventually, it became quite a complex connection from Returnista to Itsperfect and from Itsperfect back to Shopify, where we had to consider various matters such as exchanges, refunds, and items that are returned. And now it's all set up!
Before we worked with Returnista, we printed a small form that went with every webshop shipment and a free return label. All returns were manually created when they arrived. A lot of manual work, but there was also a lot of missing information, such as the reason why people returned something, for example, or if they had placed multiple orders and a different label was used.
It was quite a mess!
Thanks to the connection Nubos built for us, everything runs smoothly again. It saves a lot of man-hours and manual work, but for the customer, it's also a piece of service!
Because we are now working with Returnista, we also have insight into data. You can see which products are returned and the reason, so that's a big advantage.
It's good for us to know if there are items with incorrect sizing. We can follow up on that, and if an item runs smaller or larger than usual, that's also something we can mention on the website.
And especially no more manual work, no forms, everything digital, and the chance of errors is much smaller.”
